Refund&Return Policy

1. Returns
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Opened, used, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.
2. Return Process
  1. Contact Us: Email support@meolx.com with your order number, product name, and reason (include photos for damaged/defective items).
  2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Refund: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the item.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
  • Free exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for approval. A $10 shipping fee applies, and we’ll include an extra pair as a gift.
5. Order Cancellations
  • Cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
MEOLX is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
